EXISTENCE 2024 FESTIVAL Terms & Conditions of Entry

Please thoroughly review the following information. Attendance at Existence 2024 Festival and possession of an Existence ticket implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may modify these terms periodically.

Additionally, any announcements or terms on our website or directly communicated to you may supersede these terms and conditions. Regularly check our website for updates.

TICKETS

All tickets are subject to Existance Festival and Beatbase terms and conditions.  No other individual or organization is authorized to sell or resell tickets. 

Existence Festival reserves the right to change event arrangements without notice and without any obligation to refund. Any breach of these terms may result in ticket cancellation, refusal of admission, confiscation of items, or eviction, with no obligation to refund.

Void tickets will not be refunded.

WRISTBANDS

Tickets will be exchanged for a wristband at the Gate on first entry. Ticket-holders are responsible for their tickets until exchanged for a valid wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred, or resold. They must be worn at all times during the Festival.

AGE RESTRICTION

Existence Festival is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Under 18s, even accompanied, are not allowed. A Challenge 25 policy is in effect, and all attendees must cooperate with Noisily staff to fulfill this policy. A valid form of ID is required for entry.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibited at the Entrance Gate:

• Alcohol exceeding permitted quantities

• Gas canisters, including nitrous oxide

• Unauthorized trading goods

• Items considered as weapons

• Camping stoves

• Chinese lanterns

• Drones

• Disposable charcoal barbecues

• Fireworks and flares

• Glass

• Generators

• Illegal drugs

• Sound systems (except small portable speakers)

SECURITY & SEARCHES

Existence Festival reserves the right to evict customers without refund or refuse admission for breaches of the Eviction Policy. Security searches may be conducted anywhere on-site, including on individuals and vehicles.

DRUGS

Existence has a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. Searches will be conducted on arrival, and attendees found with controlled substances may be denied entry and handed over to the police. Amnesty boxes are provided for safe disposal of prohibited items.

GENERAL RULES AND SAFETY

• Artists and activities are subject to change.

• Smoking is prohibited in enclosed structures.

• Ticket holders must comply with security and site management instructions.

• Bonfires, barbecues, and gas stoves are not allowed onsite.

• Attendees must stay within the festival site.

• Special effects like strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, and lasers are in use.

• Animals, except registered guide dogs, are not allowed.

COVID-19

Attendees are urged to check for updates to terms and conditions related to COVID-19. Existence Festival prioritizes safety and will comply with government requirements and guidelines. Attendees understand the inherent risks and attend at their own risk.

EVICTION POLICY

Any person disrupting the festival may be liable for eviction under circumstances detailed in the Eviction Policy. Evictees will be interviewed, and belongings must be collected by a friend or group member. Existance Festival is not responsible for ensuring belongings are retrieved.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the case of circumstances beyond control, such as war, civil unrest, or epidemics, Existence Festival may cancel, with no refund.

WARNING

Attendees are advised that exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage. Strobe lighting may be used.
